PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
(CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAMS
2021-22 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
The City of Orange receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and
HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds annually from the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City anticipates receiving the following
amounts for Fiscal Year 2021-22:
1. CDBG - $1,200,000
2. HOME - $460,000
1. 30-Day Public Review of the 2021-22 Action Plan
The 2021-22 Action Plan is the second Annual Action Plan of the 2020-2024
Consolidated Plan and outlines programs and projects that are recommended for CDBG
and HOME funding. Copies of the Draft 2021-22 Action Plan will be available at the
following locations for a 30-day public review process from February 11, 2021, to March
11, 2021.

2. CDBG Program Committee Public Hearing
The CDBG Program Committee is holding a public hearing to review and collect public
input on the Fiscal Year 2021-22 CDBG and HOME funding recommendations.
