4:00 P.M. in an Adjourned Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 300 E. Chapman
Avenue, Orange, California.

Council convened its Adjourned Regular Meeting at 4:00 p.m. on December 15,
1993, after which the Council recessed to closed session to continue discussions
of those items listed on its regular meeting closed session agenda of
December 14, 1993.MOTION - Spurgeon
SECOND - Murphy AYES -
Spurgeon, Barrera, Coontz,
Murphy ABSENT - Mayor Beyer After closed
session, Council reconvened for
a study session to discuss state--mandated recycling requirements and to meet
in joint session with the Planning Commission for a presentation of the
completed architectural exhibits by the Plaza Design Collaborative.MOTION - Barrera SECOND -

ABSENT - Mayor Beyer
The City Council adjourned the Adjourned
