and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours before commencement of said regular
meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of

The structural reorganization of City departments, including criteria for privatization was
discussed and prioritized A five year projection of the City's operations was also
discussed. The City Manager was asked to report back to Council on certain items.
