1. OPENING
1.1 CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Fox called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. .
1.2 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Committee Member Imboden led the flag salute.
1.3 ROLL CALL
Present: Fox, McDermott, Imboden, and McCormack
Absent: Skorpanich

None.
2. NEW AGENDA ITEMS
2.°I. DRC No. 4991-19, Nexx Burger, 2940 E. Chapman Avenue
A proposal to redevelop a former full-service restaurant site with a new 2,460
square foot drive-through fast food restaurant, 610 square food outdoor dining
area, and related site improvernents.
No public comments were received for this item.
The Committee discussed the following:
• The easernent
• The trash enclosure
• Parking lot layout
• The grading and landscape plans in relation to water quality features
• Landscaping and irrigation
• Wall height
• Lighting
• Signage
A motion was made by Committee Member Imboden, seconded by Committee
Member McCormack to continue Administrative Design Review No. 4991-19, Nexx
Burger, 2940 E. Chapman Avenue to a date uncertain to allow the applicant to address
concerns brought up by the Committee.

The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Fox, McDermott, Imboden, and McCormack
Noes: None
Absent: Skorpanich
3. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
