CITY OF ORANGE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday, January 12, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via various
teleconference locations, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the “Code”),
at which it will hear and consider information concerning a proposed plan of financing providing for the
issuance by the California Municipal Finance Authority of exempt facility bonds for a qualified residential
rental project pursuant to Section 142(a)(7) of the Code in one or more series issued from time to time,
including bonds issued to refund such exempt facility bonds in one or more series from time to time, and at
no time to exceed $20,000,000 in outstanding aggregate principal amount, to finance or refinance the
acquisition and construction of a multifamily rental housing project located at 637 West Struck Avenue,
Orange, California. The facilities are to be owned by a partnership of which C&C Development Co., LLC
(the “Developer”) or a related person to the Developer is the general partner (the “Project”).
Those wishing to comment on the proposed financing or refinancing and the nature and location of the
Project, may participate in the following ways: 1) by submitting written comments which should be emailed
to CCpubliccomment@cityoforange.org or mailed to 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California 92866,
Attention: City Clerk; or 2) by commenting during the public hearing. Comments can be made by dialing [1-
844-854-2222] and entering Access Code [920111].
All public comments will be provided to the Council and compiled as part of the record. Please refer to the
City Council’s January 12, 2021, meeting agenda to be posted on the City’s website at www.cityoforange.org
for more information.
