A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE ESTABLISHING LIMITED
PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF KATELLA
AVENUE BETWEEN WANDA ROAD AND HANDY
STREET.
WHEREAS, Chapter 10.34 of the Orange Municipal Code authorizes the City Council
to establish by resolution or motion parking time limits on various streets of the City; and
WHEREAS, Section 10.34.010 of the Orange Municipal Code provides that notice of
the passage of the resolution is deemed effective upon the posting of the street showing the time
limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE establishes that the north side of Katella Avenue from Wanda Road to
Handy Street be posted for three-hour parking between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
on Saturdays and Sundays and upon the posting of such area with signs showing the time lirnits,
it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in the posted zone beyond the time
limits.ADOPTED this 13th day of April,
