RES-9835 Limited Parking EstablishmentRESOLUTION NO. 9835
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANG}: ESTABLISHING LIMITED
PARKING ON KATELLA AVENUE NEAR ITS
INTERSECTION WITH HARDING STREET.
WHEREAS, Chapter 10.34 of the Orange Municipal Code authorizes the City Council
to establish by resolution or motion parking time limits on various streets of the City; and
WHEREAS, Section 10.34.010 of the Orange Municipal Code provides that notice of
the passage of the resolution is deemed effective upon the posting ofthe street showing the time
limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE establishes that the north side of Katella Avenue from Wanda Road to
Hal1dy Street be posted for two-hour parking between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
on Saturdays and Sundays and upon the posting of such area with signs showmg the time limits,
it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in the posted zone beyond the time
