Deputy City Clerk, Cassandra J. Cathcart declaring posting of City Council agenda of an adjourned
regular meeting of May 2, 1995 at Orange Civic Center, Main Library, Police facility at
1107 North Batayia and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of said locations being
in the City of Orange and freely accessible to members of the public at least 72 hours
before commencement of said adjourned regular meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of
Agenda Posting and authorized its retention as a public record in the

fees as a result of the proposed program,Speakers
from the audience yoiced their concerns regarding implementation, the subscription plan and
program costs,Steye
Sheldon, Careline Ambulance, requested a future workshop with the Council to present their
yiews on the issue,6.
2 Presentation by the Director of Public Works on the Meats Ave. /SR-55
Freeway Overcrossing Consideration of Full Interchange.
The Director of Public Works/City Engineer gaye the presentation and reported on the impacts
the project would haye on surrounding properties,
Impacts to the mobile home park was discussed,
