A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE ADDING A RETURN
TRIP CHARGE TO THE SCHEDULE OF RATES
CHARGED BY WASTE MANAGEMENT 0];'
ORANGE.
WHEREAS, the Orange Municipal Code and Public Resources Code Section 40059
authorizes the City to revise rates for trash collection and disposal services by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that charges for trash collection and disposal
services charged the City's exclusive contract solid waste handlers, Waste Management of Orange,
shall be revised as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOlJ VED, by the City Council of the City of Orange as
follows:
Section I:
That the following charge is approved and added to the list of charges that Waste Management
of Orange may assess under its contract with the City of Orange. It shall become effective upon the
date of adoption.
Return Trip Charge - $25.ADOPTED
