A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 9916 AND LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 2004-
10.
WHEREAS, on October 12, 2004, the City Council of the City of Orange adopted
Resolution No. 9916 for the purpose of approving Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 2004-10
for real property which is generally located on the west side of Glassell Street in the 3100 block
in the City of Orange and more particularly described on the exhibits attached to said
Resolution;
and WHEREAS, upon the adoption of Resolution No. 9916, the City Clerk was
authorized and directed to cause said Resolution to be recorded in the Official Records of the County
of Orange, State of California;
and WHEREAS, following the adoption of Resolution No. 9916 but prior in time to
its recordation in the Official Records of the County of Orange, the applicant for the lot
line adjustment submitted a written request to have the lot line adjustment withdrawn and the
action of the City Council rescinded;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department agrees with
the request by the applicant and recommends that the City Council rescind Resolution No.
9916.NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Orange as
follows:Section 1.The foregoing recitals are true and
correct.Section 2. Resolution No. 9916, which was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Orange on October 12, 2004, is hereby rescinded in its entirety and no further action
directed to be taken by said Resolution, including, specifically, the recordation thereof by the City
Clerk,shall be
taken.Section 3.Accordingly, Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 2004-10 is
hereby
rescinded.I ADOPTED this 8th day of
