A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE ASSIGNING STREET NAMES
TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE STREETS WITHIN
PARCEL MAP NO. 2004-302, MORE
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE DEL RIO DEVELOPMENT,
IN THE CITY OF
ORANGE.WHEREAS, Section12.40.050 of the Orange Municipal Code states that the
City Council shall have full control over naming streets within the City of Orange;
and WHEREAS, the City Council has established written policies and
procedures whereby street names are created and changed;
and WHEREAS, pursuant to said policies and procedures, City staff considered a
request by the property owners of the Del Rio Development to rename existing and proposed
streets within the development;
and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the request and finds
that it should be
approved.NOW THEREFORE, the City Council has reviewed and considered the
request,finds that it should be approved and declares, as
follows:Section 1. These streets within the Del Rio Development are hereby
officially designated as shown on the attached Exhibit
A.Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a
certified copy of this Resolution, attested by the City Clerk under seal, to be recorded
without acknowledgement in the Official
Records.ADOPTED the 25th day of July
