A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE CORRECTING THE
ASSIGNMENT STREET NAMES TO PUBLIC AND
PRIVATE STREETS WITHIN PARCEL MAP NO.
2004-302, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE DEL RIO DEVELOPMENT, IN THE CITY
OF
ORANGE.WHEREAS, Section12.40.050 of the Orange Municipal Code states that the
City Council shall have full control over naming streets within the City of Orange;
and WHEREAS, the City Council has established written policies and
procedures whereby street names are created and changed;
and WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 10101 approving street names
for the Del Rio Development on July 26 2007;
and WHEREAS, the street alignments within the Del Rio Development has
been changed, and errors were made on Exhibit A attached to Resolution 10101;
and WHERERAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the changes and
finds that they should be
approved.NOW THEREFORE, the City Council has reviewed and considered the
request,finds that it should be approved and declares, as
follows:Section 1. That Empress Tree Lane and Sawleaf Place shall be eliminated,
Tulip Tree shall retain the suffix Avenue, and Torrey Pine Lane shall be spelled as shown
on Exhibit
A.Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a
certified copy of this Resolution, attested by the City Clerk under seal, to be recorded
without acknowledgement in the Official
