The City Council of the City of Orange, California was called to order by the City Clerk on
September 3,1996 at 7:00 p.m. with the Orange Redevelopment Agency in the Council
Chambers, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California and was adjourned due to lack of a
quorum. The Joint Public Hearing with the Orange Redevelopment Agency to consider the
disposition of certain real property by the Agency to The Mills Corporation has been continued
to Tuesday, September 10,1996 at 7:00 p.m.
