A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ORANGE AND THE WATER
DIVISION EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION (WDEA),
CONCERNING WAGES, HOURS, AND OTHER
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT EFFECTIVE
JULY 1, 2012 THROUGH AND INCLUDING JUNE
30, 2013 AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 10646
AND AMENDMENTS THERETO FOR SAID
EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City of Orange, hereinafter referred to as "City," and the Water
Division Employees' Association hereinafter referred to as "WDEA ", have met and
conferred in accordance with requirements of the Meyers - Milias -Brown Act; and
WHEREAS, the City and WDEA have reached agreement on wages, hours, and other
conditions of employment effective July 1, 2012 through and including June 30, 2013 and the
City Council desires to repeal Resolution No. 10646 and amendments thereto for said
employees as set forth in the Memorandum of Understanding
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange
that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) attached hereto as Exhibit "A" (the "MOU ")
is approved and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein and that
Resolution No. 10646 be repealed in its entirety.
ADOPTED this 23 day of October 2012.

of Orange at a regular meeting thereof held on the 23 day of October, 2012 by the following
