Planning Commission
City of Orange
June 18, 2001
Monday - 7:00 p.m.
STUDY SESSION ON FIEI,DSTONE/SULLY MILLER
The Study Session was taken out of order from the published agenda due to a lack of quorum of the
Planning Commission. The session was held in the Weimer Conference Room. A brief introduction to the
proposed project was given by Planning Manager Karen Sully and Senior Planner Chris Carnes. The project
applicant, Steve Cameron - Vice President of Fieldstone Communities, then conducted a power point
presentation describing the residential proposal. Members of the public had an opportunity to ask questions,
state concerns, and indicate their support for and opposition to the project. Approximately 40 members of
the public were present. The study session was completed and the Planning Commission reconvened with a
quorum to conduct their business.
