PRESENT: Commissioners Cunningham, Imboden, Merino, Steiner and Whitaker
ABSENT: None

ADMINISTRATIVE SESSION:
Chair Steiner opened the Administrative Session @ 6:50 p.m. There was a power
outage.
Item No. 1, Minutes from the regular Planning Commission Meeting of November 2,
2009. No changes or corrections noted.
Item No. 2, City of Orange Capital Improvement Project. No questions or discussion.
Item No. 3, Trillium Telecom (AT & T Wireless). No questions or discussion.
Chair Steiner waited for the power outage situation to be resolved, by 7:15 p.m. the
power had not come on and the Commission discussed canceling the meeting and moving
the Agenda items to the next scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission on January
4, 2010.
Commissioner Whitaker made a motion to cancel the meeting.

NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
MOTION CARRIED.
There was no further discussion.
