Administrative Session — 5:00 p.m.
Vice -Chair Member McCormack opened the Administrative Session at 5:15 p.m.
Vice -Chair Member McCormack stated there was no Policy or Procedural information.
The Committee Members were not able to review meeting minutes from the Design Review
Committee meeting of July 16, 2014. Committee Member Fox had been absent at this meeting and
was disqualified to participate in the review of the meeting minutes of July 16, 2014. The
Committee Members did not have a quorum.
Vice Chair McCormack stated there was no Policy or Procedural information.
The Committee Members reviewed the meeting minutes from the Design Review Committee
meeting of August 6, 2014.
Committee Member Wheeler made a motion to close the Administrative Session of the Design
Review Committee meeting.

NOES: None
ABSENT: Robert Imboden and Joe Woollett
Administrative Session adjourned at 5:32 p.m.

16 Committee Member Fox made a motion to continue the approval of the minutes of July 16, 2014
17 from the Design Review Committee, as there was not a quorum of Committee Members able to act
18 on the minutes as discussed at the Administrative Session.

25 Committee Member Wheeler made a motion to approve the minutes of August 6, 2014 from the
26 Design Review Committee, as amended during the discussion at the Administrative Session.

Committee Member Craig Wheeler stated he would recuse himself from the item's presentation
because of the proximity of his office to the site.
Vice -Chair McCormack advised the committee that this item could not be reviewed due to the lack
of a quorum.
Staff stated that DRC No. 4753 -14 would be continued to a date to be determined due to a lack of a
quorum
Committee Member Fox made motion to continue DRC No. 4753- due to lack of a quorum.
