A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING A LOW -
IMPACT DEVELOPMENT RETROFIT
PROJECT AT THE ORANGE COUNTY PUBLIC
WORKS GLASSELL CAMPUS TO BE FUNDED
BY THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Orange County Public Works Department on behalf of the
Orance County Flood Control District proposes to construct a low- impact development
retrofit project to the Orange County Public Works Glassell Campus (Project) located
within the City of Orange; and
WHEREAS, the Project has been found to have beneficial impacts to
stromwater quality and runoff to homes and businesses located within the City; and
WHEREAS, Apporval of plans and specifications for the Project by the City
Council is required under the provisions of the California Public Contract Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Orange hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Project as proposed by the
Orange County Public Works Department.
