RES-11048 Transportation Improvement ProgramRESOLUTION NO. 11048 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE WHICH CERTIFIES THAT THE CITY OF ORANGE HAS THE RESOURCES TO FUND THE PROJECTS IN THE FFY 2018/19 — 2023/24 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND AFFIRMS ITS COMMITMENT TO IMPLEMENT ALL PROJECTS IN THE PROGRAM. WHEREAS, the City of Orange (City) is located within the metropolitan planning boundaries of the Southern California Association of Governments; and WHEREAS, City of Orange City Council has authorized projects submittals to Orange County Transportation Authority's (OCTA) Federal Transportation Improvement Program FTIP); and WHEREAS, the City is the lead agency for projects and will comply with applicable local, state, and federal provisions including but not limited to the Federal Transportation Improvement Program, California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Buy America; and WHEREAS, the City agrees to construct Transportation Control Measures projects as noted in the amendments in a timely manner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orange, does hereby affirm the City's commitment to the projects submitted in the 2019 Federal Transportation Improvement Program.
