RES-11142 Amending Resolution 11104RESOLUTION NO. 11142 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 11104 BETWEEN THE CITY OF ORANGE AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AND TOP 1C IANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES. WHEREAS,the employees covered by this Resolution constitute management personnel; and WHEREAS, an adjustment of the Purchasing Officer salary range is being proposed by City staff effective February 3, 2019; and WHEREAS,the salary range adjustment for this classification must be authorized by the City Council and published_by the City in order for the salary range to.be considered pension- reportable,pursuant to Ca1PERS law.' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orange that the attached Executive Director and Top Managment salary table effective June 26, 2016, is amended, effective February 3, 2019, with the adjusted salary range for the classification of Purchasing Officer incorporated by reference as Appendix"A" and Appendix"B".
