A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 11133, AND ADOPTING A REVISED MASTER
RESOLUTION OF PARKING PERMIT AREAS
WITHIN THE CITY OF ORANGE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 10.30 of the Orange Municipal Code authorizes the City Council of
the City of Orange to add or remove designated areas to the Neighborhood Parking Permit Program
by resolution; and
WHEREAS,the creation of a master resolution which contains all the parking permit areas
will compile all areas into a single document and eliminate the need to revise the Orange Municipal
Code every time an area is added or deleted from the Neighborhood Parking Permit Program; and
WHEREAS, the rescission of Resolution No. 11133 is necessary to amend Chapman
University Neighborhood Parking Permit Area (formerly Area "A") of the Master Resolution of
Parking Permit Areas within the City of Orange.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orange
as follows:
SECTION I:
That Resolution No. 11133, adopted February 12, 2019, is hereby rescinded, effective
immediately upon the date of the adoption of Resolution No. 11157.
SECTION II:
That the following street as depicted in Exhibit "A," attached hereo, is added to the
Chapman University Neighborhood Parking Permit Area"A:"
East side of North Lemon Street from 149 North Lemon Street to Maple Avenue.
SECTION III:
That the Master Resolution of Parking Permit Areas for the Neighborhood Parking Permit
Program attached hereto as Exhibit"B" is hereby adopted.
