A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 11157, AND ADOPTING A REVISED MASTER
RESOLUTION OF PERMIT PARHING AREAS
WITffiN THE CITY OF ORANGE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 1030 of the Orange Municipal Code authorizes the City Council of
the City of Orange to add or remove designated azeas to the Neighborhood Permit Pazking Program
by resolution; and
WHEREAS,the creation of a master resolution which contains all the permit pazking azeas
will compile all azeas into a single document and eliminate the need to revise the Orange Municipal
Code every time an area is added or deleted from the Neighborhood Pemut Parking Progam; and
WHEREAS,the rescission of Resolu6on No. 11157 is necessary to revise Pazking Permit
Area"A" of the Master Resolution of Pernut Pazking Areas within the City of Orange.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orange
as follows:
SECTION I:
That Resolution No. 11157, adopted May 14, 2019, is hereby rescinded, effective
immediately.
SECTION ii:
The following street is added to the permit pazking program Area"A:"
Both sides of East Maple Avenue from Shaffer to Cleveland Streets.
SECTION III:
That the Master Resolution of Permit Pazking Area for the Neighborhood Permit Pazking
program attached hereto as Eachibit"A" is hereby adopted.
