REGULAR SESSION
1. OPENING:
1.1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chair Skorpanich called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
1.2 FLAG SALUTE:
Committee Member McDermott led the flag salute.
1.3 ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Committee Members McDermott, McCormack, Skorpanich, and Imboden.
ABSENT: Committee Member Fox
1.4 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
Opportunity for members of the public to address the Design Review Committee (DRC)
on matters not listed on the Agenda.
There were no speakers.

3.1 DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5001-20 – COYKENDALL RESIDENCE
A proposal to restore the original roofline and atrium of a single-family residence.
The property is a non-contributing resource to the Eichler Fairmeadows Historic
District.

Marissa Moshier, Historic Preservation Planner, provided an overview of the project
consistent with the staff report.
Matt Coykendall, applicant, was present to answer any questions.
Chair Skorpanich opened the public comment portion of the meeting. There were no
speakers. The public comment portion was closed.
The Committee agreed the restoration of the roof was well done and were pleased with
the proposal.
A motion was made to approve Design Review No. 5001-20 – Coykendall Residence as
submitted:
MOTION: McDermott
SECOND: McCormack
AYES: McCormack, Skorpanich, McDermott and Imboden
NOES: None
ABSENT: Fox
MOTION CARRIED
4. ADJOURNMENT: 5:40 p.m.
