A proposal to demolish an existing restaurant building and surface
parking lot and construct a new two-story, 30,113 square foot memory
care facility.

ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:
Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 1866-19 was prepared to evaluate the
potential environmental impacts of the proposed project in accordance with the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. The City invites you
to comment on the Mitigated Negative Declaration. The public review period
begins on May 14, 2020 and ends on June 2, 2020. Written comments must be
received in the offices of the City of Orange Planning Division at 300 East
Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866, or via email at
kribuffo@cityoforange.org, by 5:30 P.M. on June 2, 2020.
Pursuant to Executive Order No. N-54-20, addressing public safety and
distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mitigated Negative
Declaration is available online for public review at:
