1. Claim for damages from Erich Piekenbrock alleging property damage to sewer
lateral due to cracks in City street pavement.
2. Claim for damages from Bob and Patricia Dischner alleging property damage to
sewer line due to City tree roots.

line due to City tree roots.
4. Claim for damages from Lois Chapman alleging property damage to sewer line
due to City tree roots.
5. Claim for damages from Patrick Squires alleging property damage to vehicle due
to City tree residue.
6. Claim for damages from California Automobile Insurance Company a/s/o Nancy
Trost alleging property damage when a tree fell on insured's vehicle during a
high wind event.
7. Claim for damages from A.Velasquez on behalf of S.F. (minor)and A. Velasquez
alleging personal injury sustained during a sports activity at EI Modena High
School.
