and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments:

3. N.R. (minor) and E.R. (minor)

1. Claim for damages from Laura Kemp alleging property damage to sewer line due
to City tree roots.
2. Claim for damages from Alexandria Quirino and Julio Torres alleging property
damage to residence when a tree fell over during a high wind event.
3. Claim for damages from N.R. (minor) and E.R. (minor) alleging personal injury
when N.R. was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.
4. Claim for damages from Maricela Adams Robles alleging property damage to
water pipe due to City tree roots.
