KATELLA AVENUE, ORANGE, CA LOCATIONS REQUEST: The applicant is requesting to remove an existing condition of approval related to an Alcoholic Beverage Control Type 47 License (On-Sale General for Bona Fide Public Eating Place) for an existing restaurant. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the project consists of removing an existing condition of approval related to an ABC Type 47 (On-Sale General for Bona Fide Public Eating Place) within an existing restaurant. There is no environmental public review required for a Categorical Exemption.
