NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956.5 of the California Government Code,
an emergency meeting of the Orange City Council is hereby called for the following purpose:
1. ROLL CALL
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
At this time, members of the public may address the Council on any closed session items
only. Comments are limited to three minutes per person.
3. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
a. Threat to Public Services or Facilities – pursuant to Government Code Section 54957
Discussion regarding the Coronavirus pandemic and the immediate threat to the
public’s right of access to public services and public facilities.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Declaration of City Clerk, Pamela Coleman, declaring posting of City Council agenda of an
Emergency Meeting of March 16, 2020, at Orange Civic Center kiosk, City Clerk’s Office, City of
Orange website; and electronically mailing to the media at least 1 hour before commencement of said
Emergency Meeting.
