PROTECTION: During the maintenance period, the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining adequate protection of all planting areas. Any damaged areas shall be repaired at the Contractor's expense. A. MAINTENANCE PERIOD: The maintenance period shall commence upon the Owner's written approval of all phases of planting installation and shall be for the B.
