1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Bid No. 189-17; SP-4085, Roof Coating at Police Headquarters and
Water Yard project.
2. SUMMARY ,
The City of Orange has entered into a contract with Wiltshire Urethane Foam Co., for the
Roof Coating at Police Headquarters and Water Yard project. The work has been
completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
The Roof Coating at Police Headquarters and Water Yard project applied a 1.5"
monolithic layer of polyurethane foam coating over the existing roofing system, sealing it
from leaks and providing an additional layer of thermal protection enhancing energy
efficiency.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept as complete Bid No. 189-17; SP-4085, Roof Coating at Police
Headquarters and Water Yard project.
2. Authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that wark on that certain public wark and improvements known as"Roof Coating at
Police Headquarters and Water Yard(Bid No. 189-17, SP-4085)"(herein referred to as the"Project"),for the owner,
the City of Orange, a municipal corporation (herein referred to as the "City"), whose address is 300 E. Chapman
Avenue,Orange,CA 92866,was completed and accepted by the City Council of the City of Orange on July 09,2019
at a regular meeting of its members,at which a quorum was present and acting throughout.The Project is at 1107 N.
Batavia Street and 189 S. Water Street in the City of Orange, State of California. The contractor who performed(or
caused to be performed)said public work and improvements is Wiltshire Urethane Foam Co.,a California corporation,
with its principal office at 903 Sonora Ct. San Dimas,CA.91773,State of California.
The name of the surety on the Labor and Material Bond for the Project is Philadelphia lndemnity Insurance Company
(Bond No.#894808P)in the amount of$244,694.00.
