to rocks on roadway.
2. Claim for damages from Nichole L. Merry alleging property damage to residence
water pipes and backyard due to increased water pressure.
3. Claim for damages from Cheryl Ledgerwood alleging personal injury when she
tripped and felf on a sidewalk.
4. Claim for damage from Viola M. Bishara Yacoub alleging defamation and violation
of civil rights due to an interaction with Orange Fire and Police Departments.
