1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Bid No. 189-15; SP-4082, Metrolink Parking Lot Restoration.
2. SUMMARY
The City of Orange has entered into a contract with F.S. Contractors, Inc. for the Metrolink
Parking Lot Restoration Project. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the
Public Works Department.
The Metrolink Parking Lot Restoration Project was the next phase to the Old Towne West
Metrolink Parking Structure which is now open to the public. This project restored the
existing ten-space asphalt parking lot being used for construction staging with a concrete
parking lot.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept as complete Bid No. 189-15; SP-4082, Metrolink Parking Lot Restoration
2. Authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
