1. Claim for damages from James Resha alleging property damage when a tree fell
on Claimant's vehicle during a high wind event.
2. Claim for damages from Jessie Tavarez alleging property damage when a tree fell
on Claimant's vehicle during a high wind event.
3. Claim for damages from Jeffrey Lane Lemerand and Harriet J. Hegemier alleging
property damage to residence water pipes due to City tree roots.

4. Claim for damages from Vidal Sucup alleging property damage and personal injury
due to a traffic collision with a City vehicle.
5. Claim for damages from Bruce L. Byers alleging property damage to his vehicle
when he drove through an oil spill on a City street.
6. Claim for indemnity from Christopher L. Harold related to litigation damages filed
by Gil Vasquez for personal injuries when he was struck by claimant's vehicle while
crossing the street.
