a. Claim for damages from Travelers Insurance a/s /o Horizon Lighting, Inc. alleging
property damage to insured's vehicle by a fallen City tree.
b. Claim for damages from Maria Chavez alleging personal injury when she tripped and
fell at the Cypress Swap Meet.
c. Claim for damages from Gil Vazquez alleging personal injury when he was struck by
a vehicle while crossing the street.
d. Claim for damages from Sharon Wolf alleging personal injury incurred as a passenger
on an OCTA bus involved in a traffic collision.
e. Claim for damages from Kaine Wolf alleging personal injury incurred as a passenger
on an OCTA bus involved in a traffic collision.
f. Claim for damages from Manuel Sanchez alleging personal injury incurred as a
passenger on an OCTA bus involved in a traffic collision.
