Purchase of Firefighter uniforms from Keystone Uniforms Orange County.
2. SUMMARY
The Fire Department purchases Firefighter uniforms and accessories from Keystone Uniforms.
Uniform purchases are needed for replacement for existing personnel as well as for new personnel
hired during the fiscal year.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Authorize the purchase of Firefighter uniforms for an amount not to exceed $50,000 for FY 2018-
19.
4. FISCAL IMPACT
Upon adoption of the FY 2018 -19 budget, funding will be available to cover the cost of Firefighter
uniforms as follows:

Department Strategic Deployment Plan.
7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
Keystone Uniforms Orange County offers competitive pricing, excellent customer service, and
close proximity to Fire Department Headquarters, which minimizes the need for out -of- service
time of Fire Department personnel. Keystone Uniforms has increased the cost of uniforms by two
percent for FY 2018 -19. Standard FY 2018 -19 pricing is as follows:

current Master Agreement with the Orange City Fire Department until June 31s
2019. This would be provided at an increase percentage of 2 %. This is in line with
current CPI and below the increases we received over the past 2 years where we
