The Greenbook is a standard document pertaining to specifications for subdivision and public works construction projects, whether performed by the City, its contractors, or other public or private entities. The general provisions of the Greenbook are supplemented and sometimes modified by the City of Orange Standard Plans and Specifications on a project by project basis. The Greenbook, first published in 1967, is updated and republished every three years. In order to use the 2018 edition of the Greenbook, Chapter 12.02 of the Orange Municipal Code must be amended to adopt the latest edition.
