when she drove through a pothole.
d. Claim for damages from Ricky Huffman alleging personal injury when he slipped and
fell on a City street.
e. Claim for damages from Esmeralda Amezquita alleging property damage to vehicle
due to a fallen City tree.
f. Claim for damages from IAT Insurance Group a/s /o Two Men and a Truck alleging
property damage to insured's vehicle due to hanging City tree branches.
