In compliance with Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 12132) and the
federal rules and regulations adopted in implementation thereof, the Agenda and backup documents will be made
available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with a disability. Please contact the Community Development
Department either in person at 300 East Chapman Ave., Orange, CA or by calling (714) 744-7211 no later than
10:00 AM on the City business day preceding the scheduled meeting.
Persons addressing the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Committee shall be limited to 10 minutes
unless an extension of time is granted by the Chairperson, subject to approval of the Committee. When any group of
persons wishes to address the Committee, it shall be proper for the Chairperson to request that a spokesperson be chosen
to represent the group.
Public comment will be allowed on agenda items at the time each item is considered. At the end of the agenda, public
comment will be allowed on non-agenda matters which are within the jurisdiction of the Committee. Such comment
may automatically be referred to the appropriate forum without Committee discussion. Non-agenda matters may be
referred to staff for review or set for discussion at a future Committee meeting.
Any public record that is distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting of February 15, 2017 will be made available to the
public at that meeting and at the City Clerk’s office counter at City Hall, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866.
