Public Hearing: 3:00 p.m.
Rick Otto, Zoning Administrator, called the Public Hearing to order, Wednesday, December 4,
2013 at 3:05 p.m.
NEW ITEM:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 2916-13 – Goodwill Industries of Orange County, 2045
North Tustin Street
The applicant proposes to add a collection trailer to be located at the rear (southwest)
portion of an existing commercial center.

Rick Otto, Zoning Administrator (ZA), asked Staff to give the Staff Report presentation on
Conditional Use Permit No. 2916-13 – Goodwill Industries.
Anne Fox, Contract Planner, presented a project overview consistent with the Zoning
Administrator Staff Report.
The applicant was not present at the hearing.
Mr. Otto opened the public hearing. There was no public in the audience to speak. Mr. Otto
closed the public hearing.
Mr. Otto asked Ms. Fox if there were other facilities in the City and were they all consistent?
Ms. Fox stated there were several other facilities in the City.
Mr. Otto stated that he had visited the site location and stated that the Staff Report, as written,
was reflected at the site.
Mr. Otto approved Conditional Use Permit 2916-13.
Mr. Otto stated that there were no other items on this agenda and the meeting is adjourned.

The ZA adjourned the Public Hearing at 3:10 p.m.
