Lane Curtis, representing the applicants, was present at the hearing to answer any questions or concerns of the Zoning Administrator. He stated this accessory structure was insufficient to be a living quarter and was not set up that way with the interior pool. The public hearing was closed. Mr. Goodrich, for the record, clarified that according to the plans the covered pool area was 1,100 square feet which would decrease the possibility of it being converted into any kind of living area. Ms. Ribuffo explained that the pool area was a two-level pool terrace with an open terrace above it.
