Hernandez for property damage and personal injury due to an automobile accident.
b. Claim for damages from Sandra Barnhart for personal injury when she tripped and
fell on a sidewalk utility cover.
c. Claim for damages from Michelle Lee Montero alleging false arrest and personal
injury from an incident with Orange County Sheriff Department.
d. Claim for damages from Michelle Lee Montero alleging violation of civil rights from
an incident with Orange County Social Services.
e. Claim for damages from Stephen Kent Aylward alleging wrongful death when his
wife was struck by a vehicle while crossing a City street.
