a. Claim for indemnity from County of Orange related to damages litigation filed by
Catherine Delligatta for personal injury when she tripped and fell on a City sidewalk.
b. Claim for damages from Carlos Sanchez alleging property damage and personal
injury due to collision with fire vehicle.
c. Claim for damages from Joan North alleging property damage to home parkway and
yard due to City tree roots.
d. Claim for damages from Daniel Cornwell alleging nuisance from bright lights shining
into his home from motel next door.
