Purchase of Firefighter uniforms from Keystone Uniforms Orange County.
2. SUMMARY
The Fire Department purchases Firefighter uniforms and accessories from Keystone Uniforms.
Uniform purchases are needed for replacement for existing personnel as well as for new
personnel hired during the fiscal year.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Authorize the purchase of Firefighter uniforms for an amount not to exceed $50,000 for FY
2017 -18.
4. FISCAL IMPACT
Upon adoption of the FY 2017 -18 budget, funding will be available to cover the cost of
Firefighter uniforms as follows:

7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
Keystone Uniforms Orange County offers competitive pricing, excellent customer service, and
close proximity to Fire Department Headquarters, which minimizes the need for out -of- service
time of Fire Department personnel. Additionally, Keystone Uniforms has offered to extend fixed
uniform pricing through June 30 2018. Standard FY 2017 -18 pricing is as follows:
