a. Claim for damages from Scot & Kelli Paul alleging property damage to their sewer
line caused by City tree roots.
b. Claim for damages from Francisco Pimentel alleging property damage to his vehicle
caused by loose gravel on the street.
c. Claim for damages from Joaquin R. Alamillo alleging personal injury when he tripped
and fell on a sidewalk.
d. Claim for damages from Geico a/s /o Alex Park alleging property damage to its
insured's vehicle caused by an alleged city worker.
e. Claim for damages from Brianna Gonzalez alleging personal injury to her person as a
passenger in an Orange County Sheriff Department vehicle.
f. Claim for indemnity from County of Orange related to damages litigation filed by
Melissa Gority for loss of personal property when arrested by City of Orange PD and
booked by Santa Ana Women's Jail.
