a. Claim for damages from Barsabel Belay alleging property damage to his vehicle
caused by a tree branch during a high wind event.
b. Claim for damages from Patti Lynn Carlson; Estate of Christopher Carlson; Patti
Lynn Carlson as successor in interest alleging wrongful death caused by a traffic
collision outside of the City of Orange boundaries.
c. Claim for damages from Ryan Wells alleging property damage when his vehicle hit a
pothole.
d. Claim for damages from Marjorie Wilson alleging personal injury when she tripped
and fell on a sidewalk.
e. Claim for damages from Virgil Griffin alleging property damage to his sewer caused
by City tree roots.
f. Claim for damages from Stella Torres alleging property damage to her vehicle caused
by a pothole.
g. Claim for damages from State Farm Ins. a/s /o Luther Bowen alleging property
damage to its insured's vehicle when he hit a City vehicle.
h. Claim for damages from Antonio Lujan alleging failure to investigate a crime by the
Orange Police Department.
i. Claim for damages from St. Mary Trust Apt. (Joseph Gabrill) alleging discrimination
by the Community Development Department by not approving request for property
changes.
