a. Claim for damages from Christian Suarez alleging property damage to his vehicle
caused by a tree branch during a high wind event.
b. Claim for damages from Catherine Delligatta alleging personal injury when she
tripped and fell on a raised portion of sidewalk.
c. Claim for damages from Julia Beam alleging property damage when her tire was
damaged by a pipe protruding from a curb.
d. Claim for damages from Rafael Salgado alleging property damage to his tire caused
by a drainage "dip" in road.
