7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
MBK Homes plans to develop a 25 unit condominium on a 2.33 acre property located at 2025 N.
Orange -Olive Road. The property is currently used for recreational vehicle storage. The
Tentative Tract Map for Tract 17758 was approved by the City Council on November 10, 2015
by Resolution 10908. The record owner of this Final Map is MBK Homes. The Final Map is in
substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Tract Map 17758. All required fees have
been paid, and a bond has been posted to guarantee construction of the improvements.
