a. Claim for damages from Jaime Rieckhof alleging property damage to his tire caused
by rough road.
b. Claim for damages from So Cal Gas, a Sempra Energy Utility alleging property
damage to the gas line when it was struck during excavation.
c. Claim for damages from Kristi L. Nila alleging property damage to her tire caused by
a pothole.
d. Claim for damages from Omar Cruz Pineda alleging property damage to his tire
caused by a pothole.
e. Claim for damages from Cindy Ngoc Do alleging property damage to her tire caused
by a pothole.
f. Claim for damages from Shelly Bernal alleging personal injury when she tripped and
fell on a raised portion of sidewalk.
g. Claim for damages from Torrie Lang alleging property damage to her vehicle caused
by cement surrounding an AT &T manhole cover.
