support to our Library to expand and enhance its adult literacy program. The goal of this
program is to improve the reading skills of adult, English speaking community members through
the recruitment and training of literacy tutors. Funds must be spent or encumbered by the end of
the 2017 fiscal year and will be used for staffing, technology, program materials, and marketing.
In addition to this grant, the Library's adult literacy program has also received financial support
