7. DISCUSSION and BACKGROUND
a. Claim for damages from 21 Century Insurance subrogee for Anhtuan Nguyen
alleging damage to their insured's vehicle caused by a malfunctioning fire hydrant.
b. Claim for damages from D. Rodriguez (a minor) alleging personal injury while
playing on the Santiago Middle School tennis court.
c. Claim for damages from Ursula H. Dornen alleging personal injury when she tripped
and fell on a sidewalk.
